Wietske Hill – Senior Project and Programme Manager: Wietske is a PRINCE 2 practitioner,
holds an MSc and BSc, and has over 10 years post qualification experience of technical
consultancy, project and programme management in the engineering, development,
transport, water and environmental sectors, continuing a strong family tradition in
engineering. She is a proactive and motivated manager with a track record of delivering
excellence by showing strong leadership and vision with a high level of commitment to the
task at hand. Recently she has been working as a Procurement Specialist on
FIDIC, World Bank and UK NEC3
contracts. Her experience has been in multicultural environments at national and local
government level, private companies, NGOs and not for profit organisations. She has
worked in the Netherlands, UK, Tanzania, USA, Bangladesh and New Zealand and worked on
a range of projects located in London, Southern England, Europe, the Middle East, China and
Africa.
Emily Liebchen – Project Manager / Procurement Specialist: Emily is a PRINCE 2 practitioner,
holds an MSc and BSc and has over 10 years post qualification experience in technical
consultancy and project management for marine/riverine construction projects and more
recently gas engineering projects. She has been a senior project manager for the
Environment Agency, UK, developing award winning civil engineering projects offering flood
protection and groundwater management solutions for London and the South East of
England. With experience in environmental impact assessment, construction management,
procurement and project management she moved to Tanzania in 2008 and has been
working as a technical specialist consultant for procurement and engineering contracts since
2009. Her engineering projects in Tanzania have covered the sectors of gas exploration and
development, transport and infrastructure development, agriculture investment and
environmental impact assessment, and have also required her expertise in public
procurement law and logistics operations.
Mark Hill - Mark is the Director of TEOS and has over 20 years experience in the
semiconductor, information technology and communication industries. He has covered a
huge range of technologies in that time, including microprocessors at the circuit level, digital
hardware, software, networking and communications. He now works on software projects
primarily for investment banks in London and on systems design in general with a strong
focus on mobile technology. He has acted as an IT strategy director for a UK charity and
worked throughout Europe.
